Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization is seeking a Manager to lead energy analytics strategy for our global data center portfolio. You will develop forecasting models and analytical frameworks informing capacity planning, budgeting, procurement strategy, and rate design across Meta's data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy analytics or related fields.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience analyzing energy usage data, electric tariffs, and wholesale market data.
• Experience owning forecasting or analytical models used in budgeting, capacity, or investment decisions.
• Experience building or scaling an analytical capability rather than inheriting one.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills.
• Experience mentoring analytics professionals and developing team members.
• Experience establishing programmatic approaches and cross-functional relationships.
• Experience prioritizing across competing stakeholder demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics and projects.
• Develop ICs and emerging team leads and establish career pathways.
• Set analytical standards, governance, and QA for outputs used in decisions.
• Own forecasting models for energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Build standardized tooling, data pipelines, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance on rate design and budgeting.
• Drive measurement of energy price and volume volatility across markets.
• Lead monthly and annual summaries of key energy metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track design and capacity trends.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
