Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks a Manager to lead energy analytics strategy for our global data center portfolio. You will guide a distributed team responsible for forecasting models, capacity planning, budgeting, procurement strategy, and rate design across Meta's data center infrastructure.

You will own development of models forecasting energy usage, generation, and cost, while setting team standards and developing leaders. Travel up to 30% may be required as the portfolio scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy, utilities, or related fields.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience, including scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a geographically distributed team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics, cost and rate analysis, and forecasting.
• Own development of models to forecast energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Set analytical standards, governance, and QA for outputs used in financial and capacity decisions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance leadership to define analytics cadence and provide energy risk insights.
• Build standardized tooling, data pipelines, and reporting to scale the portfolio.
