Job summary

Subway is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Technology Infrastructure Operations & Support team, focusing on engineering and managing the global enterprise endpoint, communications, and collaboration environment.

This role owns the engineering, development, testing, and operational management of services supporting endpoint devices and the Microsoft 365 suite - ensuring solutions are properly designed, configured, and fit for the scale of Subway's global franchise network.

Qualifications

5+ years in managing Microsoft 365 and collaborative tech in enterprise environments.
Strong endpoint management architecture knowledge and modern platforms.
Experience mentoring staff including analysts, technicians, engineers.
Familiar with ITIL/ITSM processes and SLA-driven operations.
Proven ability to influence across Technology Services and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, manage, monitor, and maintain endpoint management solutions for global operations.
Plan and implement solutions for endpoint management and end-user experience enhancements.
Analyze tech trends and present recommendations to technology leads.
Collaborate across teams to ensure project success, provide direction and coaching.
Monitor SLAs for endpoint services and manage risks and resources.
Lead external resources supporting communication and collaboration tech; coach teams to improve satisfaction.
