Job summary

Equabli seeks a Senior Engineer to manage and secure the Microsoft 365 environment and end-user computing infrastructure, with focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune. Responsibilities include user provisioning, license management, mailbox configurations, DLP and retention policies, email/endpoint security, and vulnerability management across Windows and macOS endpoints.

Qualifications

Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
Proficient in Azure AD, license management, and mailbox configurations.
Strong knowledge of DLP, retention and compliance policies.
Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and phishing response.
Familiar with backup, patch management, onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and secure Microsoft 365 services and end-user computing infrastructure.
Manage user provisioning, license assignments and mailbox configurations via Azure AD and M365 Admin Center.
Configure DLP, retention, and compliance policies and monitor security alerts.
Oversee email security (Defender, Proofpoint, Mimecast) and respond to phishing incidents.
Maintain endpoint protection across Windows and macOS and enforce Intune policies.
Coordinate vulnerability assessments and remediation with security teams.
Handle onboarding/offboarding, asset tagging, and hardware inventory.
Manage VPN configurations, SFTP servers, and secure file transfers.
