Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a Sr. Manager End to End Planning in Jacksonville, FL to lead the E2E planning function across global value streams.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory and service levels while coordinating cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in planning, strong ERP experience (SAP/APO/SNP), and a track record in driving continuous improvement and collaboration across supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred; Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification desirable.
• 5–10 years related experience.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads End to End Planning team to complete E2E planning process (E2E Sense and Respond, E2E Scenario Planning, SC Optimization, and Synchronize Network).
• Delivers service/inventory performance across end-to-end global value streams with accountability for E2E planning activities and product flows from suppliers to customers.
• Leads and develops E2E planning team.
