Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site North American Custom Enclosure Engineering team.
• Prioritize engineering resources and initiatives with cross-functional collaborators.
• Develop and deploy the engineering strategy, resource management and initiatives.
• Drive process rigor, velocity, and flexibility in ETO processes.
• Provide technical leadership aligned to long-term product architecture.
