Job summary

Sitetracker in Austin, TX is seeking the Enablement & GTM Programs Associate to build the operational backbone for a global revenue team. You’ll own day-to-day enablement operations, administer Showpad, develop learning paths, manage onboarding programs, and coordinate onboarding and GTM initiatives with the Americas and APAC regions.

• Experience administering a sales enablement platform (Showpad) and building structured learning paths.
• Ability to design scalable onboarding paths and certification programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day enablement operations and Showpad administration.
• Develop learning paths, onboarding programs, and certification tracking.
• Coordinate Americas and APAC enablement sessions, GTM events, and executive meetings.
• Produce recurring enablement reports using CRM data and dashboards.
• Create scalable processes that improve efficiency and seller ramp time.
