Cox Automotive is offering an Employment Practices Intern role within the Global Employment Practices (GEP) team. You will gain exposure to employee relations, global mobility & immigration, HR compliance, and employment practices policies and procedures.

Interns must be enrolled in a related bachelor's program and authorized to work in the United States. The role is paid hourly, with compensation ranging from $22.02 to $33.08 per hour, and may lead to full-time opportunities based on business

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program related to HR, business, or pre-law.
• Able to research policies and practices and summarize findings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Research and summarize best practices for employment policies and practices.
• Provide policy development and administration support for new/changed laws.
• Assist with training initiatives related to workplace practices.
