Cox Automotive in the United States is offering an Org Effectiveness Intern role focused on researching talent and future-of-work trends. You will help shape AI-driven workforce transformation and organization design while gaining exposure to talent strategy and change enablement.

Hourly base pay rate is $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

• Adaptable, creative and comfortable navigating changing situations and ambiguous questions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research. Familiarity with analytics, data visualization or generative AI tools is a plus.
