Cox Automotive is offering an Employment Practices Intern role within the Global Employment Practices (GEP) team. You will gain exposure to employee relations, global mobility & immigration, HR compliance, and employment practices policies and procedures.
Interns must be enrolled in a related bachelor's program and authorized to work in the United States. The role is paid hourly, with compensation ranging from $22.02 to $33.08 per hour, and may lead to full-time opportunities based on business
The Global Employment Practices (GEP) team, which is part of HR, ensures that Cox Automotive has a comprehensive, proactive employment practices strategy that fosters consistent positive employee experiences, ensures compliance, and mitigates risk. This position will gain experience and provide support in employee relations, global mobility & immigration, HR compliance, and employment practices, policies and procedures.
Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.

USD 22.02 - 33.08 per hour
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
