Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC in the United States seeks a senior leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of global employment and ethics policies, design training programs, and monitor regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

The role builds data-driven dashboards on hotline activity and trends and governs AI tools within ethics and employment law, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree preferred; bachelor with compliance experience considered.
• 8–12+ years in employment law, ethics, or regulatory compliance with multinational exposure.
• Deep knowledge of US and international employment laws (wage/hour, discrimination, pay equity, leave).
• Experience designing, implementing and managing enterprise-scale compliance policies and training programs.
• Strong data analytics and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a multi-year ethics and employment compliance roadmap with global alignment.
• Own policy lifecycle: drafting, reviews, sign-off, localization, publication, and refresh.
• Design, develop, and deliver global ethics and employment law training (live, virtual, e-learning).
• Monitor regulatory developments across the US and international jurisdictions.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools in the ethics and employment law function.
