FIS is seeking an experienced professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle of global employment and ethics policies, develop training, and monitor regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. You will build data-driven reporting on hotline activity and culture metrics and oversee AI tool deployment within the ethics and employment law function.

• Deep knowledge of US and international employment laws and regulations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale compliance policies and training.

Aufgaben

• Own the global employment and ethics policy lifecycle: drafting, stakeholder review, localization, publication, and refresh.
• Develop and maintain approval workflows and attestation tracking for policy adoption across units and geographies.
• Design, deliver and manage global ethics and employment law training programs (live, virtual, e-learning).
• Monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions, including wage-hour, discrimination, pay equity and leave.
• Evaluate, deploy, and govern AI tools within the ethics and employment law function.
