Job summary

FIS in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced employment law and ethics leader to own global policy lifecycles, draft training, and ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions. You will build data-driven dashboards, monitor trends, and spearhead AI governance within compliance functions.

The role requires JD or equivalent, 8–12+ years in employment law and ethics, and strong communication skills to translate complex rules into actionable guidance for diverse teams.

Qualifications

JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
8–12+ years of progressive experience in employment law, ethics, or regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws.
Experience designing enterprise-scale compliance policies and training.
Strong data analytics and at least one BI tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of global employment and ethics policies across jurisdictions.
Develop and maintain training programs and communication campaigns.
Deploy and govern AI tools within ethics and employment law function.
