Job summary

Coalition, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to lead global employment matters for PeopleOps and Talent. You will guide regulatory guardrails across jurisdictions, advise on investigations, and coordinate with outside counsel across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment.

The role requires 12+ years in global employment law, a JD, and US bar admission. UK/EU experience is a plus; base compensation ranges from $230,000 to $310,000 per year with comprehensive

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one US state bar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal partner to PeopleOps and Talent on employment matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop jurisdiction-specific guardrails for hiring and employing talent worldwide and manage outside counsel.
• Monitor and analyze emerging employment regulations across regions and translate into actionable guidance.
• Draft and maintain employment agreements, policies, and handbooks for multiple jurisdictions; train staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver practical legal advice and support strategic initiatives.
