ZoomInfo is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment to own the full spectrum of employment matters across the company, providing strategic guidance to executives and day-to-day HR support. You will coordinate international matters with UK and India in close partnership with HR and leadership.

This hybrid role involves translating complex issues into clear guidance, building scalable processes, and partnering with the CHRO, finance, and other executives to propel growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant employment law experience.
• In-House Experience strongly preferred; outside GC/embedded capacity or corporate secondment considered.
• Licenses: Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in high-growth technology companies and/or public companies is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Own all employment matters across the company—performance management, discipline, accommodations, leave, and terminations.
• Partner with HR professionals at every level; provide practical coaching and timely answers to operational questions.
• Provide actionable, pragmatic guidance balancing legal risk with commercial objectives, speed, and employee experience; present a clear path forward.
• Translate complex employment-law issues into concise, business-oriented terms for senior leaders.
• Support CHRO, Chief Business Officer, HR VPs, and finance/compensation executives on key employment decisions with robust operational and legal support.
• Maintain open‑door collaboration and recurring alignment with designated HR leaders for seamless daily support.
