Zusammenfassung

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an Employment Counsel to provide day-to-day employment law counseling and compliance support across a global workforce of roughly 5,000 employees in 20+ countries.

You will independently manage a counseling portfolio on performance management, disciplinary matters, and exits while supporting HR compliance, employment agreements, and AI tool deployments for the People team.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. with active U.S. state bar membership.
• 5+ years of employment law experience including in-house counsel work.
• Strong experience advising HR partners on performance, discipline, terminations, and leaves.
• Experience with AI in the employment law regulatory landscape is a plus.

• Advise on international employment matters with outside counsel and HR partners.
• Support employment agreement workflows and HR compliance, including AI tool deployments.
