You will manage performance management, disciplinary matters, and exits, while advising on employment agreements and HR compliance. Qualifications

• J.D. with active U.S. state bar membership and 5+ years of employment law experience, including in-house advising.
• Experience advising HR partners on performance management, terminations, accommodations, and leaves across multiple jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with AI-related employment law regulatory considerations and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own a counseling portfolio on performance management, disciplinary matters, accommodations, policy questions, and exits across the company.
• Advise on international employment matters across 20+ country footprint, coordinating with local counsel and HR.
