Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director to lead Employment Conditions Product and Process Design within the People Services domain in Tampa, FL. You will own global process design, governance, and documentation related to employment conditions across the organization.

The role partners with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and COEs to ensure compliant, scalable processes while enhancing the employee experience and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 8+ years HR, employment law, or HR Operations experience focused on employment conditions
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder processes in global or matrixed organizations
• Strong knowledge of US and global employment laws and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to translate complex legal/operational requirements into scalable processes
• Experience with HRIS/HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday) and documentation tools

Mansioni

• Own the design, governance, and lifecycle management of global employment condition processes and related documentation using PLM principles
• Serve as the primary process and product owner for employment condition activities with no pre-existing ownership structure
• Design and govern end-to-end processes for employment condition changes balancing employee needs, legality, and efficiency
• Maintain a centralized repository of templates, policies, and artifacts with version control and audit readiness
• Partner with Legal, HRBP, IT, and Finance to assess cross-functional impacts and drive risk mitigation and optimization
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into actionable process updates
• Lead due diligence and stakeholder engagement to enable timely, informed decisions
• Champion a product mindset in People Services and drive process improvement and technology enablement
