Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a People Consultant to partner with HR leaders across the EMEA region, delivering proactive workforce solutions and people programs. The role focuses on building the One BMS culture, guiding People Managers, and ensuring seamless execution of HR processes.

You will work with local HR leaders to drive business priorities, upskill managers, and support engagement and continuity. English fluency and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years HR experience, preferably in an international matrixed environment in a virtual shared services environment.
• HR or Equivalent Degree Qualification
• Extensive experience as an HR business partner or HR Generalist with strong leadership skills and experience working with multi-functional business teams.
• Exposure to employee relations issues and cases
• Proven ability to influence senior management and drive decisions
• Strong data literacy and storytelling with data

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to managers with guidance and policy advice; and
• Proactively plans and implements strategies to upskill new People Managers and provide support and counsel to experienced People Managers when navigating through various HR processes and issues.
• Use diagnostics, data and understanding of business needs to identify proactive HR interventions and people practices in support of local business objectives.
• Ensure that the workforce and leaders understand People processes.
• Partner and support business groups to enable One BMS culture across EMEA locations.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of global priorities and lifecycle processes with PS teams and COE.
• Research, problem solve and respond to issues requiring a HR perspective with PS colleagues, HRBP and COE.
