Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, or Associate's degree with 4 years, or 6 years progressive experience in related areas.
• Experience administering I-9 and EN/Verify or ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of employment eligibility, federal regs, and international employment requirements.
• Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer I-9 process for faculty, staff, students, and temporary employees.
• Review documentation for compliance with federal regulations.
• Process and monitor E-Verify cases and resolve nonconformances.
• Monitor cases to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
• Maintain employment compliance records and assist with audits.
• Provide guidance to departments and employees on documentation requirements.
• Support SAP/ERP interfaces and compliance systems.
