ClickHouse is seeking a Director of Employee Experience to build and lead programs, experiences, and communications that make our company a great place to work. You will own the framework for global employee experience, shaping offices, onboarding, all-hands, and offsites.

You will partner with executives and People Business Partners to design scalable onboarding, measure impact with data, and drive continuous improvement across a distributed workforce.

• Ability to measure impact with clear metrics and dashboards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Mansioni

• Own and lead the Employee Experience strategy and programs globally.
• Oversee onboarding and new hire experience to ensure consistency across regions.
• Design office and events programs to strengthen culture and collaboration.
• Lead company-wide communications, all-hands, and executive messaging calendars.
• Partner with executives, People Ops, Recruiting, IT, and local leaders to enable scalable experiences.
• Develop and run global offsites and company events to connect distributed teams.
