Job summary

Decagon, an in-office AI-powered platform, is seeking a People Operations leader to own the employee experience as the company scales globally across SF, NY, London, Toronto, Sydney, LATAM and EMEA.

You will build recognition programs, design and run rituals and events, and manage onboarding swag, ensuring parity between HQ and remote teams and coordinating with Workplace, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in employee experience, culture, internal communications, or events.
• Proven track record owning a company-wide recognition or culture program.
• Experience producing large internal events end-to-end with budget and vendors.
• Strong writing skills to produce clear, authentic employee communications.
• Influences partners without direct authority and handles ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the global employee experience across offices and remote locations.
• Build and scale recognition programs, including awards and milestones.
• Design and run company rituals and internal events (all-hands, offsites, office gatherings).
• Own onboarding swag end to end and ensure timely delivery.
• Create a repeatable playbook for HQ and remote teams; manage Notion content.
• Partner with Workplace, IT, Finance on events, venues, budgets.
