AGCO seeks a Global Program Manager for Employee Experience & Culture to lead design, delivery and governance of EX & Culture initiatives for the PTx organization, aligning with AGCO strategy. You will partner with HR leadership and drive engagement, reporting to the Director of Global EX & Culture.

Based on Tremont IL / Batavia IL / Westminster CO / Denver CO, this on-site role collaborates with ~200 Culture Champions, manages budgets, and delivers scalable employee experience solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Change management, culture and Communications, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, HR programs, or organizational initiatives.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and sustainment of EX and culture initiatives for PTx.
• Partner with Corporate Communications and HR leadership; manage governance and budgets.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, measurement, and scalable employee experience solutions.
• Collaborate with ~200 Culture Champions and global program managers.
