Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in San Jose, CA seeks an Electrical Engineering Technical Program Manager to lead embedded hardware and firmware initiatives from concept to mass production. You will support customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development and validation, with travel to Taiwan and other Foxconn sites.

The role requires a BS in ECE, 0–7 years in x86 hardware/embedded uPs and firmware, and strong communication skills; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field; M.S. is a plus.
0–7 years of x86 hardware/embedded uPs and firmware/software experience.
English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Direct support to customers on Server/Storage/Appliance projects for embedded hardware or firmware/software PM.
Interface with customers on system specs, design proposals, issues and solutions.
Coordinate with design/test/validation and manufacturing teams to meet customer needs during NPI.
On-site support and travel to Taiwan or other Foxconn sites for project delivery.
Collaborate with San Jose team and customers to reproduce and guide issue resolutions.
