Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional, cross-system projects across North American manufacturing sites, with a focus on U.S. operations.

The role requires coordinating between software development, IT, and engineering teams, and frequent travel to sites in the United States and Asia. The TPM will manage requirements clarification, timelines, risk tracking, deployments, and on-site validation, while system design decisions remain

Qualifications

• Experience in software development or technical project management.
• Ability to independently track timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.
• Basic SQL for data queries and issue investigation.
• Basic Python to understand programming logic and assist with troubleshooting.
• Proficient documentation and organizational skills (Excel/Sheets).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional, cross-system technical projects across multiple sites.
• Clarify requirements, manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate API, database, system integration and automation workstreams.
• Bridge communication between software teams and manufacturing sites.
• Perform initial issue assessment and coordinate with engineering for resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and deployment plans.
• Travel to U.S. sites and occasionally internationally for on-site coordination.
