Foxconn Industrial Internet in San Jose, CA seeks a Program Manager to oversee the customer's product through the contract manufacturing process, coordinating hardware fabrication, scheduling, and budgets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage program timelines, and ensure contractual deliverables are met while communicating with stakeholders. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus but not required. The role demands long hours and a strong, disciplined demeanor.

Formación

• BS/BA or master in engineering, business, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management; electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with customers during design, development, manufacture and service of the NP I product and ensure terms of the agreement are maintained.
• Develop and maintain program schedules.
• Support activities including preparing responses to RFQs.
• Estimate and track program timing.
• Hold cross-functional project status meetings.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Apply change, risk, and resource management.
