Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of digital, CRM, email marketing experience; retail preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills to interpret performance data.
• Proficient with Windows applications (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Movable Inc or similar CRM tech.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of international email campaigns across markets and segments.
• Develop campaign documentation and deployment instructions for cross-functional partners.
• Manage email proofing and quality assurance processes for campaign accuracy.
• Coordinate audience segmentation with data partners.
• Support email template enhancements and personalization efforts.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
• Analyze results to provide actionable recommendations.
• Support testing across content, targeting and deployment strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
• Support additional CRM projects as assigned.
