Specter is building a software-defined control plane for the physical world. We seek a World-class Global Supply Manager to own PCBA and harness sourcing, while building strategic supplier relationships for silicon and memory. You will drive TCO improvements and align cross-functional teams to production ramps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years of global sourcing or commodity management experience.
Proven experience managing electronics supply chains.
Strong negotiation and cost-reduction results.
Experience with global suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Ability to operate in fast-moving, cross-functional environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Own the global sourcing strategy for PCBA and harnesses and PO placement.
Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
Improve total cost of ownership across tooling, logistics, and yield.
Manage supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers and partners.
Develop relationships with silicon and memory suppliers; manage agreements.
Support NPI through concept to mass production and align sourcing with timelines.
Drive spend tracking, PO discipline, and supplier invoice reconciliation.
