Qualifications

• Strong PCBA cost drivers knowledge and commodity strategy.
• Willingness to travel internationally (10–25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier development for PCBAs, transformers, power magnetics, and electronic components.
• Manage RFQs, negotiations, supplier agreements, and pricing.
• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing on NPI and production readiness.
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and capacity.
• Develop cost-reduction, dual-sourcing, and supply-chain risk strategies.
• Support contract manufacturer sourcing and manufacturing footprint decisions.
• Travel internationally to supplier and CM sites as required (10-25%).

The Role

A fast-growing energy technology company is seeking an experienced Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy for PCBAs, power magnetics, and key electronic components. This is a strategic role supporting new product introduction, manufacturing growth, and long-term supply-chain development.

Day to day

• Lead sourcing and supplier development for PCBAs, custom transformers, power magnetics, and electronic components.
• Manage RFQs, negotiations, supplier agreements, and pricing.
• Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on NPI and production readiness.
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and capacity.
• Develop cost-reduction, dual-sourcing, and supply-chain risk strategies.
• Support contract manufacturer sourcing and manufacturing footprint decisions.
• Travel internationally to supplier and CM sites as required (10-25%).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience within EV, energy, or high-voltage electronics is desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
