Qualifications

• 15+ years of sourcing experience with 7+ years leading large global category management teams.
• BS/BA required; MBA preferred; Engineering/Business background preferred.
• Deep category knowledge in Electronics, High Tech, EMS, Semiconductors; able to communicate at board/c-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of 40+ people; drive accountability and high performance.
• Formulate 1–3–5 year strategies for sub-categories; align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and 3–5 year plans; communicate with internal stakeholders.
