GE HealthCare is seeking a sourcing & procurement professional to develop global strategies for an Infrastructure Category representing about $10M in spend. You will negotiate contracts, drive supplier performance, and align with internal stakeholders to meet current and future business needs.

The role requires 4+ years in sourcing/procurement, strong analytics, and experience in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• Proven experience negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
• Experience in contract terms, redlining, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions.
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report on category performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality systems, and legal requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Support global and regional sourcing initiatives and projects.
