Qualifications

• 15+ years of Sourcing experience, with 7+ leading large global category management teams.
• Proven ability to communicate at board level, internal and external c-suite level.
• Deep category and domain knowledge in Electronics, High Tech, EMS, Semi-conductors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of 40+ people responsible for this global category for GE Healthcare.
• Formulate 1-3-5 year strategy for sub-categories and align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships with 3-5 year plans and communicate to internal stakeholders.
• Drive 5%+ year-over-year cost reduction through supplier negotiation and design changes.
• Manage risk with supply continuity and regulatory/compliance considerations.
