Job summary

Rivet Industries is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Global Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing for optical and electro-mechanical components. You will drive supplier qualifications, cost reductions, and capacity planning while aligning with Rivet’s Total Cost of Ownership and Time to Market objectives.

The role requires global collaboration, leadership, and travel to manage overseas suppliers and JDMs, with compensation including equity and an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• 7+ years of experience as a GCM/GSM in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 7 years of direct experience managing optical and electro-mechanical commodities.
• Experience in supplier evaluation/selection, should-cost models, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term sourcing strategies for optical and electro-mechanical components (cameras, displays, cables, connectors, batteries, PCB, FPCA, etc.).
• Negotiate and drive component costs to meet margin targets.
• Plan and deliver capacity planning for ramp and mass production.
• Drive quarterly business reviews with key supply chain partners.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and interface with executive-level management.
