Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead sourcing and supplier strategy for critical mechanical components, partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to enable new product development and growth.

Responsibilities include RFQ management, supplier agreements, and cost-reduction initiatives, with 10–25% international travel. 2+ years in sourcing or supply management and a related degree are required; EV/energy domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sourcing or supply management experience.
• Experience in EV, energy, electronics or advanced manufacturing is desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier development across mechanical commodities including metal stamping, busbars, CNC machining, extrusions, and plastics.
• Manage RFQs, negotiations, supplier agreements, and pricing.
• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on NPI and production readiness.
• Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and capacity.
• Develop cost-reduction, dual-sourcing, and supply-chain risk strategies.
• Build and maintain strong strategic supplier relationships.
• International travel to supplier sites as required (10-25%).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field
