Job summary

Gutor, a leading international manufacturer of UPS systems, seeks a Customer Project Manager (f/m/d) for our UPS production site. You will manage exciting international projects, lead project teams, monitor financial progress and budget, and serve as the main customer contact from order to commissioning.

You will accompany projects through FAT, coordinate with 3rd party suppliers, and work closely with Sales, Engineering and Customer Service to ensure successful project execution and customer

Qualifications

• Must possess a degree in electrical engineering.
• 5–7 years in the electrical industry.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in systems/equipment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary customer contact for projects; ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Lead project teams; monitor progress and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Manage FAT/inspections and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and financial performance of projects.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and claims; collaborate with legal and purchasing.
• Maintain effective international stakeholder communication and reporting.
