Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. is seeking a Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Sustainability Director based in Plano, TX. You will lead the global EHS strategy, governance, and facilities management, ensuring compliant policies, risk reporting, and robust training programs across sites.

The role reports to the SVP, Global Operations and requires 10+ years in EHS, with leadership and facilities experience. International travel ~25% and a focus on ESG initiatives are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in EHS.
• 2+ years of facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead global EHS strategy and governance across all sites.
• Produce executive risk and continuity reporting.
• Develop and maintain global EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.
• Deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Drive ESG vision, targets and sustainability initiatives.
