Job summary

OmniOn Power is seeking a Global EHS & Sustainability Director to lead the worldwide EHS strategy and governance across all sites. The role reports to the SVP, Global Operations and requires extensive leadership of the EHS organization, policies, audits, and training programs.

Travel approximately 25% and collaboration with global teams are essential. The ideal candidate will drive the ESG vision, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance safety performance across manufacturing and facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an relevant field is required.
• 10+ years in Environment, Health & Safety with leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years facilities management experience; global exposure preferred.
• Global multi-site manufacturing leadership experience is required.
• Certifications such as CSP/CIH are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global EHS strategy and governance across sites.
• Produce executive reporting on risk management and continuity.
• Develop and maintain global EHS policies and procedures.
• Deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Assess contractor and supplier EHS performance and compliance.
• Drive ESG vision and sustainability targets globally.
• Oversee facilities operations, security, and utilities.
• Collaborate with global teams; travel ~25%.
