Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist II to ensure employees have access to compliant EHS policies globally and to mentor teams in policy adherence. This mid-level role emphasizes independent judgment in implementing EHS programs and standards.

The role includes drafting policies, supporting legal compliance audits, site visits upon request, and collaboration with plants to develop corrective action plans to improve EHS performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of full-time EHS program experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental planning, environmental studies, safety or industrial engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain global EHS policies ensuring local compliance across environments, health and safety and dangerous goods.
• Serve as first point of contact for local EHS leaders and Plant Managers on EHS matters.
• Oversee and track the Facility Self-Assessment program and verify submissions.
