Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in directing and implementing EHS programs.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or BCSP credentials preferred.
• GMP, ISO, OSHA/EPA regulations experience required.
• Travel willingness ~25-40% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BU-level EHS strategy and align with Global Central EHS initiatives.
• Oversee EHS resourcing at site level and recruit Site EHS Leaders.
• Maintain strong relationships with Site Directors and provide input on priorities.
• Ensure EHS program adoption, incident investigations, and risk-based planning across sites.
• Develop governance, metrics, and action plans; monitor progress with leadership.
