Job summary

BD seeks an EHS Multi-Site Leader to drive Environmental, Health, and Safety across designated sites. You will align BU and Global Central EHS strategies, build capability, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local levels.

You will recruit and develop Site EHS Leaders, mentor teams, lead governance, and partner with Central EHS to implement BD Excellence EHS components, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• CSP or BCSP credentials preferred to indicate continuing education in EH&S trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BU EHS strategy and harmonize with Global Central EHS.
• Oversee site-level EHS resourcing and maturity assessments.
• Drive BD Excellence EHS components and ensure action plans are executed across sites.
• Mentor site EHS leaders and teams for development and readiness.
• Coordinate governance, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance.
