• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, EH&S, Occupational Health or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership and strategy.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive EH&S leadership in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a global EH&S strategy across multiple sites.
• Lead and mentor EH&S managers to maintain compliance.
• Promote a safety culture through leadership engagement and initiatives.
• Implement and optimize Safety Management Systems across locations.
• Analyze safety data to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Lead the Global Safety Council and expand Safety Champion network.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and global requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EH&S programs.
