Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an EHS Global Audit Program Manager to lead its global audit and assurance program within a mission-critical environment. You will coordinate supplier and internal audits, maintain protocols, and drive corrective actions across multiple teams including EHS, Data Center Operations, Security, and Engineering.

You will analyze results, develop dashboards, and present findings to leadership, while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and applicable environmental regulations; international/local frameworks preferred.
• Experience in conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Able to independently manage defined programs and complex assignments within an established strategy and governance framework.
• Skilled at collecting, reviewing, and presenting audit data through reports, dashboards, and other performance indicators.
• Willing and able to travel as needed to support supplier and internal audit activities.

What You’ll Do

The EHS Global Audit Program Manager supports the implementation and maintenance of CoreWeave’s global EHS audit and assurance program. You will coordinate assigned audit activities, maintain program tools and procedures, track corrective actions, and help identify opportunities for improvement. Audit activities may include supplier assurance, internal regulatory and management-system compliance, EHS data quality, ISO audits, and EHS due diligence. You will collaborate with teams across EHS, Data Center Operations, Security, Engineering, Construction, the People Team, Office Management, and Business Development.

About The Role

Who You Are

• An EHS professional with a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• An experienced practitioner with approximately five or more years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or other mission-critical environments.
• Knowledgeable about OSHA requirements and applicable federal environmental regulations, with exposure to international or local regulatory frameworks preferred.
• Experienced in conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits.
• Familiar with EHS management systems and standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Able to independently manage defined programs and complex assignments within an established strategy and governance framework.
• Skilled at collecting, reviewing, and presenting audit data through reports, dashboards, and other performance indicators.
• Comfortable developing practical workflows, procedures, templates, and program documentation.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalating issues appropriately.
• A collaborative partner who works effectively across functions, regions, and levels of an organization.
• A clear and concise communicator with strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
• Willing and able to travel as needed to support supplier and internal audit activities.

Preferred

• Professional certification such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, ISO Lead Auditor, or an equivalent credential.
• Experience with supplier EHS or responsible-sourcing audits.
• Experience supporting global or multi-regional EHS programs.
• Familiarity with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
• Experience with EHS software platforms, audit-management systems, and data-visualization tools.
• Experience in data center, construction, technology infrastructure, or mission-critical operations.

The base salary range for this role is $134,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
