Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an EHS Global Audit Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of its global EHS audit program. You will coordinate audits, maintain tools, track corrective actions, and help identify opportunities for improvement across multiple teams including EHS, Data Center Operations, Security, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately five or more years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and applicable federal environmental regulations; international/local framework experience preferred.
• Experience conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier, internal, ISO, and EHS compliance audits.
• Maintain audit protocols, procedures, checklists, templates, and reporting tools.
• Document audit findings and monitor corrective actions through closure.
• Analyze audit results and prepare dashboards, summaries, and recommendations.
• Escalate significant or overdue findings to EHS leadership.
• Partner with EHS technology teams to improve audit workflows and reporting.
• Support audit training, change management, and continuous improvement.
