The role partners with Operations, Facilities, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, HR, Legal, and Sustainability to drive risk management and a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive EH&S experience.
• Experience with enterprise EH&S standards and governance.
• Experience in biotech or life sciences environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead enterprise EH&S strategy and governance.
• Lead enterprise programs in chemical safety, industrial hygiene, and biosafety.
• Manage external consultants and resources for enterprise EH&S initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and global regulations.
• Partner with site leaders to implement standards across locations.
