Job summary

Bio-Techne Corp. is seeking a Director of Enterprise EH&S to lead the global EH&S strategy and governance, aligning programs across sites and functions. You will drive chemical safety, industrial hygiene, and laboratory safety while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.

The role requires senior technical leadership, cross-functional influence, and effective management of external consultants within a matrixed, global organization. Hybrid/on-site in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EH&S experience including enterprise programs.
• Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. OSHA requirements and environmental regulations.
• Experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise EH&S strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead governance committees and drive cross-functional EH&S priorities.
• Oversee chemical safety, industrial hygiene, laboratory safety, biosafety, and product stewardship.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise senior leadership on risk and resource needs.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Direct external consultants and manage enterprise EH&S programs and audits.
