The role partners with site leaders to embed EHS priorities into daily operations, advancing a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across Bio‑Rad’s footprint. Ten or more years in EHS leadership with strong regulatory expertise are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in Environmental Health & Safety, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of global EHS and Environmental Affairs strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Identify and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks through proactive assessment and effective control strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate EHS programs into business operations and drive a culture of safety and accountability.
• Establish and oversee robust audit, inspection, and continuous improvement processes across sites.
• Champion EHS training and engagement initiatives to strengthen awareness, capability, and responsiveness across the organization.
