Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Global Education Center Project Manager. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Salt Lake City and will lead planning, coordination, execution, and successful launches of GEC initiatives across regions and stakeholders.

You will coordinate governance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery, scope alignment, and effective reporting using Teams, SharePoint, Wrike, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Typically 3 to 5 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent certifications and experience.
• Exceptionally organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and be trusted by stakeholders.
• Naturally proactive, consistently identifying improvements and strengthening work processes.
• Proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on multiple simultaneous tasks using project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate well with others at all levels in the organization.
• Ability to conduct and guide others through intermediate customer research and analysis of diverse cultures.
• Fluency in project management tools, online collaboration tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress; provide status updates and reports.
• Lead development and organization of SharePoint sites for launches.
