BYU-Pathway Worldwide is seeking a GEC Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and successful launches of Global Education Center initiatives across regions and stakeholder groups. This hybrid, full-time role requires collaboration with BYU-Pathway, Church HQ departments, area offices, vendors, and partners to deliver on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include governance, risk tracking, stakeholder engagement, and standard project-management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent certifications.
• 3–5 years project management experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning, documentation, governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders across units.
• Monitor project tasks, timelines, and provide updates using Teams, SharePoint, Wrike.
• Lead development and organization of applicable SharePoint site(s).
