Job summary

ecosio, a fast-growing B2B integration service, is seeking an experienced EDI and e-invoicing specialist to drive successful EDI projects on our cloud platform. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and ERP systems worldwide, and act as the interface between clients and our SaaS solution.

Ideal candidates have several years in e-invoicing/EDI, knowledge of XML/EDIFACT/X12, and experience with onboarding and VANs. Strong English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of work experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Experience integrating ERP interfaces using XML, CSV, and IDocs.
• Experience with EDI onboarding, EDI service providers, and VANs.
• Familiarity with global and national e-invoicing mandates.
• Knowledge of EDI formats such as XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and VDA.
• Proficient English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Know-how in project management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Optimising e-invoicing and global supply chains by planning, coordinating and implementing EDI projects on our cloud platform.
• Communicating worldwide with partner companies, customers and their suppliers.
• Acting as the interface between customers' ERP system and our SaaS platform.
• Managing new customers after handover from Sales and progressing integrations.
• Sparring partner for customers and resolving technical issues.
• Proactively ensuring each project’s success.
• Coordinating mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration with the document engineering team.
• Encouraging evaluation and implementation of new tools and processes for the project.
