Profitero+ is seeking a Manager in Advisory Consulting to lead global ecommerce strategy projects for leading brands. You will blend quantitative and qualitative analysis to deliver bespoke client work and shape strategic initiatives across org design, capability benchmarking, and execution.

The role is hybrid, based in Boston, with 3–4 days onsite. You will collaborate with consulting leads, analysts, and clients to drive revenue and deliver actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of omnichannel or eCommerce experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing landscape.
• Experience supporting new business proposals and client development.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide top global retail and CPG clients on eCommerce strategy and execution.
• Oversee planning and execution of eCommerce strategy projects.
• Lead client presentations and workshops.
• Source and synthesize data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Oversee analysts and coordinate with internal teams.
• Drive innovative thinking and industry research.
